狀況：
1.ADSL會突然無法使用(IP分享器)，改直接接 adsl moden 撥號，發現居然 windows XP Pro (ThinkPad T42) 可以撥號，windows 7 pro (VAIO-Z) 還是一直錯誤651。
2.打中華電信客服 reset modem 後，windows 7 錯誤依舊。

結果：再打一次中華客服，隔兩天來換了光世代，至少用IP分享器不用再重開機了。
....windows 7 error 651 還是沒解決 :P

後來換條網路線就有改善
